Consip S.p.A. has issued an open procedure for a framework agreement (4 lots) for remote Managed Security Services and Governance/Risk Analysis services for Italian Public Administrations (PAC and PAL). The tender is governed by D.Lgs. 36/2023, with submission only via the telematic platform www.acquistinretepa.it. The overall estimated value (base d'asta) is €826,000,000 (VAT ex.), while the maximum framework value is €1,189,440,000. Bidders may submit for a maximum of 2 lots (either lots 1&2 or 3&4), and a single bidder may be awarded at most 1 lot. Submission deadline: 28 July 2026, 16:00 (Italian time). Only Italian language is accepted for submission. Procurement documents have not been analyzed (only the TED notice was examined).
