Předmětem veřejné zakázky je realizace provozu sdílení jízdních kol zahrnující poskytnutí nových mechanických kol, v období 2027-2029 na území města Frýdku-Místku, poskytnutí dat o využití tohoto provozu a jejich zpracování včetně doporučení a návrhu dalšího postupu pro město Frýdek-Místek. Každé kolo bude viditelně a zřetelně označeno logem města. Rám a vidlice kola budou ve světlemodré barvě dle Manuálu vizuálního stylu města. Územím města se rozumí vymezení širšího centra pokrývající hlavní dopravní uzly, příp. menší oblasti v okrajových částech města či na území blízkých obcí, přičemž místy pro vrácení kol jsou místa, kde jsou umístěny cyklostojany.
