Doelstelling Sg1: Het COA wil vertrouwen krijgen in de werkwijze van Inschrijver als het gaat om het beheren en afhandelen van de schades. Inschrijver dient bij Inschrijving het volgende in: 1. Een plan van aanpak waarin Inschrijver beschrijft op welke wijze de gevraagde dienstverlening wordt geïmplementeerd en hoe Inschrijver de schadebehandeling gedurende de uitvoering van de overeenkomst organiseert. 2. Een planning waarin de mijlpalen van de implementatieperiode te zien zijn.
De inschrijfprijs bestaat uit drie componenten. Inschrijver geeft voor Sg 2. Prijs de volgende tarieven op in Bijlage D – Prijzenblad: Cel C9 - Vast tarief voor de schadebehandeling per zaakschade (exclusief btw/Assurantiebelasting en expertisediensten) Cel C10 - Vast tarief voor de schadebehandeling per letselschade (exclusief btw/Assurantiebelasting en expertisediensten) Cel C11 - Gemiddeld tarief voor inschakelen van (interne of externe) deskundigen (exclusief btw/Assurantiebelasting en expertisediensten). Inschrijver geeft in cel C14 aan of gebruik wordt gemaakt van interne of externe deskundigen. De getallen genoemd in het prijzenblad zijn fictief, hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.

De Opdracht betreft het beheer en behandelen van schades die voortvloeien uit de AVP en het adviseren over de Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering Particulieren (hierna: AVP) door middel van: • Het behandelen van alle zaak en letselschades vallend onder het AVP, zowel onder het eigen risico (AVP wordt deels onder eigen risico gevoerd tot €25.000,-) als voor risico verzekeraar; • Doorgeleiding van schades boven het eigen risico richting de verzekeraar; • Schadeclaims te accepteren, te beoordelen en af te wikkelen; • Verwerken van mutaties; • Gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren over algemene verzekeringskwesties en marktontwikkelingen behorend bij de AVP; • Het tijdig signaleren en adviseren over de mogelijkheid om regres te nemen respectievelijk verhaal op derden te zoeken. 352.500,00
