This is an open procedure framework agreement for the evacuation, transport, and treatment of waste from street sweepers for the City of Grenoble, France. The contract is a single lot with a maximum value of €7,200,000 over 4 years (initial 24 months + two optional 12-month renewals). Estimated spend is €4,800,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically in French by 13 July 2026 14:00 (CET). Award is based on quality (60%) and price (40%). Environmental conditions apply.
