This is an open call for a framework agreement for mandatory technical diagnostics (pre-rental, common areas, small works, rehabilitation, demolition) issued by Seine-Saint-Denis habitat, a French public housing authority. The framework covers 3 lots corresponding to different agency areas in Seine-Saint-Denis (Bobigny/Romainville, Stains/Dugny, La Courneuve/EST/OUEST). Each lot has an estimated value of EUR 800,000, total EUR 2,400,000, for a 4-year framework with purchase orders. Submission deadline is 21 July 2026 at 12:30 CEST.
