Germany – Public road transport services – Subunternehmerleistung: Personenbeförderungsleistung mit Kraftfahrzeugen

This is a negotiated procedure without call for competition for public road transport services as subcontractor (subunternehmer) in the Südharz region of Germany. The contracting authority is VGS Verkehrsgesellschaft Südharz mbH.
