Das Zuschlagskriterium "Preis" hat für die Ermittlung des wirtschaftlichsten Angebotes eine Gewichtung von 40%. Für die Punktverteilung wird das anhand der Angaben des Bieters im Preisblatt berechnete Wertungsgesamtpreis in Euro brutto inkl. optionale Leistungen verwendet. - Für das Wertungskriterium "Preis" wird die Wertungspunktzahl wie folgt ermittelt: Angebotspreis des preisgünstigsten Angebotes * 400 Angebotspreis des zu bewertenden Angebotes Alle Angebote, die über die Preisobergrenze (3.825.000,00 EUR brutto) liegen, werden von der weiteren Wertung ausgeschlossen (Ausschlusskriterium). Das Angebot mit dem niedrigsten Preis erhält also dabei beim Zuschlagskriterium Preis 400 Wertungspunkte. Die Preise der übrigen Bieter werden sodann nach der benannten Formel in Relation zum günstigsten vorliegenden Wertungspreis gesetzt und erhalten dementsprechend weniger Punkte.
