This is a 48-month framework agreement for the supply of IBM or equivalent software licenses, subscriptions, technical support, expert support (Software Accelerated Value Program or equivalent), and up to 10,000 man-hours of consulting services. The buyer is ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) in Poland. The tender is conducted as an open procedure with price as the sole award criterion (100%). Only one lot is defined.
