Norway – Community health services – IK - EEA 094-2025 Stage 1 Qualification phase Localisation technology (Bergen municipality, Askøy municipality, Tromsø municipality, Voss herad and Kvam herad)

This is a two-stage negotiated procedure (qualification phase followed by tender) for localisation technology services for five Norwegian municipalities (Bergen, Askøy, Tromsø, Voss, Kvam). The procurement covers simple GPS, mobile safety alarms, and colleague support, aiming to improve safety and independence for users. The contract period is up to 9 years (3+2+2+2 extensions). Bidders must first qualify in stage 1 by meeting strict eligibility and selection criteria.
