Demolition and new construction of the existing student residence, including all necessary planning and construction works to achieve a gross floor area of approx. 1830 m² (usable area approx. 1461 m²).

Auftragsgegenständlich sind der Abbruch und der Neubau des bestehenden Schülerheims in Bischofshofen und damit insbesondere die zur Projektumsetzung erforderlichen Planungs- und Bauleistungen. Im Ergebnis soll eine Bruttogeschossfläche von ca. 1830 m² mit einer Nutzfläche von ca. 1461 m² erzeugt werden.
