Ireland – Public transport services by railways – MetroLink M500 Service Delivery Partner

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is procuring a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain (DBFOM) contract for the MetroLink M500 Service Delivery Partner. The contract includes a 7-year works period and a 25-year services period. The estimated NPV cost to the Exchequer is approximately €7.3 billion (ex. VAT). The procurement is conducted under Regulation 1370/2007/EC and the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008. This is a single-lot tender with a PQQ stage. The deadline for PQQ responses has been amended to 23 July 2026, 12:00 Irish time.
