Estonia – Software development services – Maksuarvestuse ja eraldamise teenuse arendus- ja hooldustööd (RmIT)

This is an open tender for a framework agreement for the development and maintenance of tax accounting and allocation service information systems (RmIT) for the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. The contracting authority is Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus (Central Support Service). The framework agreement is for 48 months with an estimated value of €10,000,000 for Lot 1. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Estonian by 25 June 2026. Award criteria are 20% price and 80% quality. The tender notice includes 5 lots, but only the first lot has detailed information.
