Für die Projektgemeinden soll ein Planungsbüro ein Fachkonzept Weinbau und ein Entwicklungskonzept erarbeiten. Insbesondere folgende Leistung sollen erbracht werden: Vernetzung und Abfrage des aktuellen Stands der Entwicklungen, digitale Weinbau-Clusterbewertung, Flächenbörse Weinbau, Beratungsplattform Nachnutzung, Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Folgenutzung und Flächenpflege, Organisation eines Lenkungskreises, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, regelmäßige Berichte über die Tätigkeit des Regionalmanagers.
