Denmark – Railway and tramway locomotives and rolling stock and associated parts – Lease of locomotives

Lease and full-service maintenance of Siemens AC Vectron B18 electric locomotives to support DSB's regional and long-distance passenger services. Phased demand: 6 locomotives (ramp-up Dec 2026-Nov 2027), 10-12 (peak Dec 2027-Apr 2029), 6-8 (ramp-down May 2029-Apr 2030). Locomotives must be manufactured within last 5 years, support push-pull and double traction, operate on Banedanmark electrified lines (excluding S-bane), and comply with ÖBB Fernsteuerkonzept. Maintenance must be full-service (preventive/corrective, spares) with ECM-certified facility in Denmark or Malmö.
