The buyer is Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes - NL Ost, covering four performance locations in eastern Germany: Halle (Saale), Dresden, Magdeburg, and Erfurt. There are 8 lots (Leistungsbereiche) covering different testing types (e.g., soils, asphalt, concrete, bitumen, surface properties, road marking, environmental analysis).
