Azon termékek vonatkozásában, ahol ajánlatkérő konkrét gyártmányra/típusra hivatkozik, ott a 321/2015. (X.30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdése alapján azzal egyenértékű termék megajánlása is elfogadott. Ebben az esteben az egyenértékűség bizonyítása ajánlattevő kötelezettsége.
