This tender is an open procedure for a framework agreement (single economic operator) for the digital distribution of articles from humanities journals and books published by the French Direction de l’Information Légale et Administrative (DILA). The contract is for 36 months (3 years) with two possible tacit renewals of 12 months each. Estimated total value is €153,000 excluding tax. The single lot covers the entire scope.
