The tenders will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation model "Pricing for non fulfilment of quality". The evaluation will, in the evaluation model, use the final percentage weight for the award criteria price and quality, based on the Contracting Authority ́s assessment of which weighting will give the best result in the best balance between price and quality. Sub-criteria o Competence of the tenderer ́s offered resources through submitted CVs, including education, certifications and experience etc. High competence and/or documented long experience with work on equivalent boats will count positively in the evaluation. o Response time for the execution of a planned edition, service, maintenance and repair at the tenderer ́s location. o Response time if service needs etc. occur unexpectedly and elsewhere than the tenderer ́s location. o Response time by telephone with the possibility for technical assistance over the telephone (stand-by telephone), cf. Annex 1 point 5.1, requirement 6. o Response time for urgent cases. o Available elsewhere in the country (e.g. cooperating workshops, see Annex 1 Requirement Specifications point 5.1 requirement no. 4. It will count positively in the evaluation to have several collaboration partners spread around the country. o If a tenderer submits tenders for several boat categories, this will count positively. Responses to relevant points in the KGV / Annex 1 - requirement specifications. The quality award criteria is divided into several sub-criteria. The tenders that meet the minimum requirements in annex 1 will be evaluated based on the tenderer ́s written tender and in line with the requested documentation. An overall assessment will be made on how the tender meets the contracting authority ́s needs.
