Το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αφορά παρεμβάσεις για την αναβάθμιση της ευρύτερης περιοχής της δομής φιλοξενίας μεταναστών στην Μάνδρα του Δήμου Λαρισαίων. Η προτεινόμενη αναβάθμιση θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Αθλητικό Κέντρο Μάνδρας και στο δημοτικό σχολείο Μάνδρας ώστε να καλύψει τις ανάγκες των κατοίκων της περιοχής και να συμβάλει στην βελτίωση των κοινωνικών συνθηκών διαβίωσης στην περιοχή παρέμβασης
