The tender concerns a full-scale solution for treating PFAS and arsenic from percolate and remediation water at Skibstrup Affaldscenter in Denmark. The buyer is Forsyning Helsingør Affald A/S. The procedure is a negotiated procedure with pre-qualification. There is one lot with estimated value 25,000,000 DKK. The contract duration is indefinite with a minimum period of 6 years for buyer termination and 10 years for supplier termination. Two parallel solutions are possible: as-a-service (supplier owns and operates) or turn-key (buyer takes over after construction). Options for additional treatment of nickel, cobalt, sulfate, Bisphenol A (Option 1) and full treatment for direct discharge (Option 2) are included.
