Grundleistungen des Leistungsbildes Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 440 bis 460 für den Neubau des Bildungszentrums für Berufe im Gesundheitswesen. Der Schulneubau wird gefördert durch das Ministerium für Justiz und Gesundheit Schleswig Holstein. Die KHU-Bau (Krankenhausunterlage Bau) ist mit der Vorentwurfsplanung bereits beim Fördermittelgeber eingereicht und genehmigt worden. Die KHU-Bau einschließlich der Vorentwurfsplanung bezog sich allerdings auf ein anderes Grundstück als das jetzige Baugrundstück. Das nunmehr vorgesehene Baugrundstück befindet sich innerhalb des Geltungsbereiches des Bebauungsplans Nr. 113 ""Engelsburger Weg".
