France – Composting services – GESTION DES BOUES D'ASSAINISSEMENT PAR CO COMPOSTAGE

This is a performance-based public contract for organic valorization by co-composting of sewage sludge from Sydetom 66 treatment plants. The scope includes design, modernization works, and operation of a composting platform in Thuir, with an annual capacity of up to 12,000 tonnes and total valorization of 35,500 tonnes per year. The procedure is a negotiated procedure with call for competition. Only one lot is identified.
