Das Los beinhaltet die Bereitstellung des NS-Systems (Software) und Inbetriebnahme in einer Cloud-Infrastruktur. Dies beinhaltet auch die Anbindung an alle Schnittstellen (im Wesentlichen: GIS-Daten-Import, Messwertempfang von Ortsnetzstationen und intelligenten Messsystemen, Steuern von Anlagen über BDEW-Web-API). Im Rahmen der Dienstleistungen soll auch die Aufdatung der ersten 10 Ortsnetze erfolgen, weiterhin sind Dienstleistungen für die Systemanalyse, Tests/ Inbetriebnahmen und Schulungen Bestandteil des Los.
