V rámci Kritéria č. 1 budou hodnoceny nabídkové ceny předložené účastníky v souladu s čl. 7 ZD. Pořadí nabídek v tomto kritériu hodnocení bude sestaveno sestupně podle počtu obdržených bodů tak, že na prvním místě bude nabídka s nejnižší celkovou nabídkovou cenou v Kč bez DPH a na dalších místech nabídky s nižším počtem bodů. Poslední místo obsadí nabídka s nejnižším počtem bodů.
V rámci Kritéria č. 2 bude hodnocena délka praxe členů realizačního týmu nad rámec podmínek technické kvalifikace stanovených v rozsahu dle § 79 odst. 2 písm. c) a d) ZZVZ u všech členů realizačního týmu. Praxí na obdobné pozici je myšlena taková pozice odpovídající požadavku na předmětné osvědčení v rozsahu stanoveném technickou kvalifikací realizačního týmu.

Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody na zajištění služeb spočívajících ve výkonu technického dozoru stavebníka (investora) (dále také jako „TDS“) dle zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., Stavební zákon, ve znění pozdějších předpisů pro stavební akce prováděných Zadavatelem (zejména pro pozemní stavby, městský mobiliář, technologické zařízení staveb s cílem kontroly kvality provádění, dodržení projektové dokumentace, rozpočtu a smluvních podmínek) (dále jen „Rámcová dohoda“).
