Diensten voor grafische ondersteuning, met focus op dtp-werk, belettering en illustraties De dienstverlening bestaat uit volgend dagelijks werk: - Opmaken van documenten, brieven en brochures om ze drukklaar of klaar voor publicatie te maken, waarbij de inschrijver teksten en afbeeldingen technisch perfect samenbrengt voor zowel print als digitale media. De dienstverlening bestaat uit volgend maandelijks werk: - Maken van illustraties voor magazines, kaartjes, brochures, gelegenheidsdrukwerk … Occasioneel kunnen ook diensten worden afgenomen voor: - Opmaken, produceren en aanbrengen van belettering en stickers voor allerlei dragers: ramen, auto’s, panelen ... - Opmaken van bv. jaarverslagen, zorgmappen, kaartjes… om ze drukklaar of klaar voor publicatie te maken, waarbij de inschrijver teksten en afbeeldingen technisch perfect samenbrengt voor zowel print als digitale media. - Opmaken en produceren van communicatiemateriaal allerhande, bv. totems, banners en baches, roll-ups, vlaggen … De focus ligt op de kwaliteit van de technische uitwerking volgens de huisstijl van het UZ Gent. De inschrijver moet het communicatiemateriaal volledig volgens de bepalingen van de huisstijl uitwerken: lay-out, typografie, kleurgebruik, plaats van de ontwerpelementen... De inschrijver werkt op structurele wijze samen met de dienst Communicatie en evenementen en haar andere partners.
