wir haben das Thema Bekanntmachung von Kooperationsmöglichkeiten zur Erlangung von Vertriebspartnerverträge Deutschland aus interner vergaberechtlicher Sicht bereits besprochen und sind zu dem Ergebnis gekommen, dass:1)es bereits einen sehr gut eingeführten, zweistufigen „hausinternen“ Prüf-, Auswahl- und Verhandlungsprozess zur Auswahl von Vertriebspartner gibtund 2)eine Bekanntmachung in Form eines vorgelagerten „öffentlichen“ Anmeldeprozess für eine Bewerbung von neuen „Vertriebspartnern“ nicht schadet. Je nach Auftragshöhe kann dieser Zugang (Link zur Anmeldung) über eine Veröffentlichung in der Grazer Zeitung, über eine EU-weite Veröffentlichung (z.B. laufendes Prüfsystems) bzw. über die E-Homepage (ähnlich wie das VEMAP-Lieferantenportal) erfolgen.Somit könnten sich interessierte Firmen von außen bewerben und werden an unseren bestehenden internen Prüfprozess weitergeleitet.
