1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie sukcesywnych dostaw gazu propan-butan w butlach 11 kg w łącznej ilości około 5.000 szt. Cząstkowe dostawy gazu w butlach winny odbywać się na zamówienie złożone przez Zamawiającego. Termin realizacji dostawy będzie uzgadniany przez Strony - jednak nie później niż 48 godzin od złożenia zamówienia. 2) Dostarczony gaz propan-butan w butlach musi spełniać wymagania jakościowe zgodnie z normą PN-EN 589 oraz warunki dopuszczenia do obrotu i stosowania na terenie Polski. 3) Wykonawca wydzierżawi nieodpłatnie Zamawiającemu na czas trwania umowy w dobrym stanie technicznym i estetycznym, legalizowane butle stalowe oraz zamykane kontenery stalowe do przechowywania butli gazowych.
