Germany – Construction project management services – Projektsteuerung

This is a negotiated procedure for project management and general consulting services (Projektsteuerung) related to the conversion of safety ventilation systems in 24 stairwells at the Uniklinik RWTH Aachen. Only 13 stairwells have been completed; the project management will cover the remaining work and overall coordination. The tender is conducted by ukafacilities GmbH.
