France – System and support services – Contrôle et maintenance des dispositifs anti retour de la ville de Lyon

This tender is a mixed framework agreement for the control and maintenance of anti-return devices (disconnecteurs) for the City of Lyon. It covers three lots: irrigation and fountains, heating and air conditioning installations, and public sanitary facilities. Services include annual mandatory inspections, repairs, and replacements. The framework runs from November 2026 for an initial 2 years, renewable once for 2 years (max 4 years). Tenders must be submitted electronically in French by 20 July 2026.
