Die Stadt Owen errichtet einen Erweiterungsbau (Neubau) zum bestehenden Rathaus inklusive Umbau des Bestandsgebäudes sowie Rathausplatzes auf den Grundstücken mit den Flurstück-Nummern 86/2 + 87/1 + 114. Der Bestand wird in die Gebäudeklasse 3 und der Neubau in Gebäudeklasse 4 nach § 2 Absatz 4 LBO eingestuft. Beide Gebäudeteile werden einheitlich als Sonderbau nach § 38 Absatz 2 gewertet. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist das Gewerk: Gerüstbau Nähere Informationen sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis nebst Anhängen zu entnehmen.
