Germany – Repair and maintenance services of medical equipment – Überprüfung + Instandsetzung Patientenhilfsmittel, Schultafeln, Sterilgutwagen, Nachttische, Kleinteil- und Sonderfertigung

Single lot covering: (1) annual inspection of patient aids per medical device regulations, including defect reporting, marking, and repair within 48 hours (small repairs up to EUR 250 without prior approval); (2) annual inspection of school boards (56 fixed, 3 large hall, 20 mobile) per DGUV 202-021, and ladders at external sites; (3) maintenance of 60 sterile goods trolleys; (4) custom stainless steel fabrication (grades 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571); (5) repair of approx. 1,460 bedside tables. Work is performed in active ward areas; no dedicated workspace. Repair costs exceeding 40% of new purchase value are generally rejected. Certain items (rollators, walking frames, shower stools, bathtubs) are excluded from repair and must be disposed of by the contractor.
