Der Auftragnehmer hat eine Sammelstelle bereitzustellen. An der Sammelstelle muss die Abgabe aller dem ElektroG unterliegenden Elektrogeräte (Kategorien und Geräte gemäß Anlage 1 ElektroG) aus privaten Haushalten aus dem Kreisgebiet von Endnutzern und Vertreibern gewährleistet sein. Die Sammelstelle muss zentral im Landkreis Cochem-Zell und zwar in einem Radius von ca. 4 km von der Stadt Cochem, außerhalb von Wohn- und Schutzgebieten, insbesondere Überschwemmungsgebieten, gelegen sein. Sie muss jederzeit von LKW-Lastzügen mit einem zulässigen Gesamtgewicht von 40 t anfahrbar sein. Weitere Anforderungen an die Sammelstelle sind in den Vergabeunterlagen beschrieben.
