Le CHU Amiens Picardie souhaite mettre en place, pour son site du GCS UTIL, un Marché Global de Performance en vue de l’exploitation des installations techniques P2 et, pour les installations qui seront mises en place dans le cadre des Travaux, le Gros Entretien et Renouvellement avec Garantie totale P3, qui aura pour objectif la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie globale d’amélioration continue de la performance énergétique et patrimoniale, du confort et permettant d’assurer l’entretien du patrimoine tout en diminuant les charges énergétiques et l’impact environnemental associé.
