Toelichting kwaliteitsonderdeel “Samenwerking Bouwteamfase” De samenwerking in de bouwteamfase wordt beoordeeld op basis van een door inschrijver op te stellen Plan van Aanpak (PvA). Dit PvA geeft inzicht in de wijze waarop het bouwteamproces wordt ingericht en uitgevoerd. In het PvA wordt aandacht besteed aan de wijze waarop inschrijver invulling geeft aan de samenwerking binnen het bouwteam, de beheersing van het bouwteamproces en de wijze waarop wordt toegewerkt naar een uitvoeringsgereed en maakbaar plan binnen de kaders van het Technisch Ontwerp (TO). Daarnaast wordt ingegaan op de wijze waarop wordt omgegaan met risicobeheersing en met onderdelen die ten tijde van aanbesteding nog niet volledig zijn uitgewerkt, waaronder de aanpak voor een transparante en navolgbare prijsopbouw.
