Germany – Secondary school construction work – Generalübernehmerleistungen Erweiterungsneubau ISS Carlo-Schmid-Oberschule

This is a negotiated procedure for a general contractor (Generalübernehmer) to design and build an extension (Erweiterungsneubau) of the ISS Carlo-Schmid-Oberschule in Berlin-Spandau. The project follows a two-stage partnering contract: Phase 1 (Partnering) to optimize the design, followed by Phase 2 (Realisierung) for turnkey construction.
