Germany – Medical information systems – Interkommunales Telenotarztsystem „Östliches Ruhrgebiet" und "Mittleres Ruhrgebiet"

Tender for the procurement, implementation, integration, and further development of a tele-emergency physician system (Telenotarztsystem) for two cooperative regions in the Ruhr area (Östliches Ruhrgebiet and Mittleres Ruhrgebiet). The system includes a central platform, workstation equipment, ambulance periphery, interfaces, and services for operation, support, and development. Two separate contracts will be signed with the cities of Dortmund and Bochum. The tender is a mixed supply and service contract above EU thresholds, using a negotiated procedure without prior call for competition.
