Gemeente Helmond is op zoek naar een leverancier voor de levering van een Identity & Access Management (IAM) oplossing. Daarmee kan de toegang tot de verschillende applicaties van de Gemeente worden beheerd en kunnen Instroom-, Doorstroom- en Uitstroomprocessen (IDU) worden geoptimaliseerd. Bij een maximale contractperiode van tien jaar (vier jaar met driemaal een optie tot verlenging van twee jaar) wordt de totale opdrachtwaarde geraamd op circa € 464.700,- exclusief btw. Conform artikel 2.17 van de Aanbestedingswet is de opdrachtwaarde bepaald op basis van de maximale contractduur inclusief verlengingsopties. Daarmee ligt de opdrachtwaarde boven de Europese drempel voor diensten.
