Belgium – Geotechnical engineering services – Raamcontract uitvoeren van geotechnisch onderzoek

This is a framework agreement for geotechnical engineering services (mechanical and electrical soundings, drilling, soil mechanics tests, and datalogger installation) across the Flemish Region of Belgium. The buyer is Aquafin NV. The procedure is a negotiated procedure with call for competition. The framework is divided into two lots: Lot 1 (West) and a second unnamed lot, each with a maximum value of €12,500,000, totaling €25,000,000. The contract duration is 48 months. Award is based solely on price. Submission is electronic, in Dutch, by 30 June 2026 at 10:00. A specific VLAREL recognition for stability and geotechnical drilling is required.
