This is a call for tenders for a framework agreement (mono-attributaire) for the organization of the regional finals of the 49th and 50th editions of the WorldSkills competition, Lot 1 - General Installation. The framework is for 24 months (renewable up to 48 months) with a minimum of €100,000 and maximum of €270,000 (excl. VAT). It includes social insertion requirements and is funded partly by EU funds (ESF). Submission is electronic only, in French, by 2026-07-01. The notice includes 5 lots, but only Lot 1 has detailed information; the others only specify places of performance (FRG02-FRG05). Procurement documents are referenced but were not analyzed.
