This is a framework agreement for the provision and maintenance of the EU Cooperative Intelligent Transport System (C-ITS) Root Certification Authority (CA), including Enrolment Authority and Authorisation Authority (Phase II), by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC). The tender aims to ensure continuity of the EU CCMS (Credential Security Management System) and support large-scale commercial C-ITS deployment in Europe.
