This is a single-lot framework agreement for benthic macrofauna monitoring at Octeville deposit and Seine estuary, related to port infrastructure monitoring. The contract covers up to 6 years (2027-2033) with annual renewals, involving biannual sampling campaigns at multiple stations. The procedure is a negotiated procedure without prior call for competition (neg-w-call). Only French language is accepted, and the tender documents are sent only to pre-qualified candidates after a selection phase.
