Framework agreement for the supply and installation of informative totems (panneaux d'accueil) for the Nord department, part of the Réseau Points-Noeuds du Bassin Minier. Two lots: Lot 1 (24 totems for point-node network) with a maximum of €62,600, and Lot 2 (14 totems for plain and valley approach) with a maximum of €37,400. Open procedure, single-operator per lot, electronic submission only, language French. Award criteria: quality (environmental 10%, technical 40%) and price 50%. EU funding via Interreg. Duration 24 months, starting July 2026. Submission deadline: 2026-06-29 14:30 CET.
