France – Repair and maintenance services of firefighting equipment – MAINTENANCE DES SYSTEMES DE SECURITE INCENDIE DU PATRIMOINE D'ACM HABITAT

This is an open procedure for two framework agreements for maintenance of fire safety systems in ACM Habitat's buildings in Montpellier, France. The contracts cover rescue equipment (Lot 1) and smoke extraction and hydrants (Lot 2). Each framework is for 36 months, with no minimum and a maximum of €1,500,000 HT each. Tenders are due by 29 June 2026 at 10:00 CET. Only French language submissions are accepted. Award criteria are 50% price, 40% technical value, and 10% environmental performance.
