This is a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition for a concession to build and operate a sustainable, high-performance gigabit telecommunications network in Cluster 2 of Landkreis Zwickau, Germany. The project covers 'grey NGA areas' in the municipalities of Dennheritz, Hartmannsdorf b. Kirchberg, Hirschfeld, and Langenbernsdorf. The concession is funded under the German Gigabit-Richtlinie 2.0 and DiOS 2023. The winning bidder will receive subsidies but bears the economic risk, including marketing risk. The tender is governed by KonzVgV. Only one lot is identified.
