This is a French defense/security framework agreement for the supply of off-the-shelf drones (under 25 kg, EASA classes C0-C6), accessories, components, and associated services (training, maintenance, e-commerce platform, technical documentation, user advice, market watch, warranty) for the French armed and security forces. The single-lot framework has a maximum value of €300 million (€150M over initial 3 years, with one possible 3-year renewal), and is conducted via a negotiated procedure with a call for competition. Submission is electronic via PLACE platform, in French only, by 2026-06-08 11:00 Paris time. Procurement documents (DCE) are restricted to admitted candidates only.
