Perceel 1 betreft de inhuur van Onderwijzend Personeel. Dit perceel kenmerkt zich door de inhuur van docenten voor generieke vakken en vakdocenten. Uitgangspunten in dit perceel zijn snelheid en kwaliteit: opdrachtgever vindt het belangrijk dat opdrachtnemers snel handelen als er behoefte is of ontstaat (op een van) de scholen van opdrachtgever en dat onderwijzend personeel snel inzetbaar is. Tegelijkertijd is de kwaliteit – vakinhoudelijk, vakdidactisch en pedagogisch - van de aangeboden en in te zetten kandidaten van belang om naast continuïteit ook kwaliteit in het onderwijs te kunnen bieden.
