Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług transportowych w zakresie przewozu niepełnosprawnych dzieci z miejsca zamieszkania do szkoły/placówki oświatowej i z powrotem, w dniach w których odbywają się nauki szkolne tj. kiedy odbywają się zajęcia edukacyjne, wychowawcze, opiekuńcze lub uroczystości szkolne, zgodnie z kalendarzem roku szkolnego, wraz z zapewnieniem wykwalifikowanej opieki w czasie transportu.
