Le présent appel d’offres concerne la réorganisation des zones de stationnement, de la jonction et de la zone de contrôle des véhicules identifiés par le portail thermique à San Bernardino. Ces infrastructures devront être coordonnées avec les routes cantonales, les parcelles et les accès situés à proximité de l’échangeur. Le mandataire fournira également les prestations spécialisées en topographie, géologie, environnement ainsi que la collecte et traitement des eaux. La conception et la réalisation du projet (ou de certaines parties) seront menées selon la méthodologie BIM. Le Maître d’ouvrage prévoit un montant d’environ 15’000 heures, prestations supplémentaires comprises.
