Finland – Refurbishment work – Järvenpään kaupunki: Mankalan koulun peruskorjaus

The City of Järvenpää is tendering a comprehensive refurbishment of Mankala school (address Kytötie 73, Järvenpää, Finland). The project includes internal renovations, HVAC/electrical upgrades, facade/roof repairs, outdoor area works, and repair of a civil defense shelter (VSS) and demolition of a modular building. The contract is a single lot total contract with a fixed price award (lowest price). Two optional building extensions are included (originally three, but one option was removed via corrigendum). The estimated value is EUR 8.5 million, with completion by 3 December 2027. Mandatory site visit is required for bid validity. Submission deadline is 22 June 2026 at 09:00 (Finnish time). Only electronic submissions in Finnish are accepted.
