Предметът на Динамичната система за покупки (ДСП) е доставка на различни видове лекарствени продукти за нуждите на СБАЛХЗ ЕАД. В техническата спецификация, неразделна част от настоящата документация, лекарствените продукти са описани подробно за всяка номенклатура - международно непатентно наименование на лекарствения продукт, количество на активно лекарствено вещество, лекарствена форма, мярка, прогнозно количество и прогнозна стойност. Първоначално планираната "Техническа спецификация" може да бъде частично променяна в хода на провеждане на динамичната система, като се добавят нови лекарствени продукти и/или се променят количествата им. Срокът на ДСП е 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца.
